I had part of an exterior wall that was crumbling. I contacted Craig and he was very helpful in explaining why it had happened and had the wall rendered properly. My porch walls had been left in a terrible state by a previous so called render expert. He never turned up to put it right. So, back to square one. Having lost trust in everyone, I took my time to research companies and read all reviews. How happy I was to have decided to contact Craig at DPS Tyneside. I was given 2 options. Craig was very honest with what would be the best solution. He also put my mind at rest that they would be doing an excellent job. My goodness. What a team of brilliant, kind, hard working people. I felt so at ease and now have absolutely beautiful porch walls!!

The quote came back quickly and Craig was great at getting back to me with answers to all of my questions. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. Everyone involved was very polite and friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Would use DPS again.

We have just had the front of our house rendered. We are extremely happy with the work carried out. All the lads were very professional from start to finish, cleaning up at the end of each day. All windows and frames were covered to prevent damage. One of the days was extremely hot but they carried on working regardless. We have already recommended them to one of our neighbours.

DPS we’re thoroughly professional over the 3 days it took to complete the work. Punctual, Polite and kept us informed at all times what they were doing and why. Everything was left clean and tidy with a promise to call back should we have any issues whatsoever.

DPS carried out the work straight away and contacted me throughout. We are so pleased with the rendering that was done- the seat looks great! They helped me by supplying colour charts before the work and everything was well looked after. Would definitely recommend!

I have to say, DPS Tyneside are a fab company who we would definitely use again for any work we need done in the future. The job was done quickly and the lads working on it were really reliable, hard working and friendly. To top it off they were so tidy and took all of our rubbish away too! Would fully recommend Craig, when getting quote was so informative and fully trusted to do the job. When one of the walls previously built wasn’t straight (or even stable) Craig provided various solutions and sorted out what was beyond the original scope. Fast work and excellent job.

Do not hesitate to get Craig and the team at DPS to deliver your work. Unmatched professionalism, promptness, honesty and courtesy in the trade. DPS clearly articulated the diagnosis and what needed to be done not only to remediate the damage caused by damp but to address the root cause of the issue. The work is exceptional, but beyond that they are a pleasure to have around, there’s no mess, the lads are open engaging and friendly and there is clear and honest communication throughout the time they’re onsite. One extremely happy customer, and DPS now top of my firms to recommend.

The guys were great. They came early and cracked on with the job. The supervisor was often on site, checking that everything was going well, which it was. I was kept up to speed on any changes and everything was handled professionally. If there was a problem, it was quickly rectified. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the guys from DPS to anyone. They have done a great job.
